Tep Marsha and the Body in the Library (incipit)
Detective Tep Marsha walked into the library with his usual slow stride. The room’s massive wooden door lay in a corner, torn to shreds by some unknown forces. Hidden under his trench coat, I waited as he acknowledged the four people present with a nod, his lidless eyes wide open and observant.
